After many hours working late into the night we think that our Chrome extension is the best way to run a 1 to 1 Cromebook help desk soultion.
Student no longer have to login, input asset tags and serial numbers. All the hard work is done for them!
As you can see, students select from a drop down menu of predifined issued that you populate. Then type in there comments. The rest is done through the magic that is the Chromebook ecosystem. Not only does this save students time but it allow you as the IT admin to ensure your help desk data is always corret. If you are interested in finding out more let us know.
